Description

Herb Kāne describes his own voyage into the world of art, and uses his research to illustrate the history and culture of those voyagers who discovered and settled on his home island of Hawaiʻi. His research on Polynesian voyaging canoes and their navigators led him to participate in the design and building of the sailing canoe Hōkūleʻa. This New Edition of Voyagers was published in 2020!
